Terms of Participation — Ticket Raffle

This is a courtesy translation. The German version (Teilnahmebedingungen) is legally binding. The raffle closed on 20 September 2026, 23:59 (CEST).

1. Organiser

The raffle is organised by Konnectika — a brand of RHYSE Global (owner: Cedrik Stefan Synclair Mvondo Mvondo) and Nelvie Tiafack, Burscheiderstr. 293, 51381 Leverkusen, Germany ("Organiser").

2. Participation

Anyone who signs up for the newsletter on konnectika.com with a valid email address is eligible. Participation is free of charge and independent of any purchase of goods or services. Minimum age: 18. Only one entry per person; multiple entries with different addresses may be excluded.

3. Prize

The prizes are invitations (tickets) to an event of the Organiser on 24.09.2026 in Cologne. The Organiser determines the number of invitations to be raffled and communicates it in the respective announcement. The prize covers admission only; travel, accommodation and other costs are borne by the winners. Cash payment, transfer or exchange of the prize is excluded.

4. Draw and notification

Winners are drawn by lot from all valid entries. The Organiser may hold draws at one or more times of its choosing ("spontaneous draw"); the closing date was 20 September 2026, 23:59. Winners are notified by email. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, the prize may be redrawn.

5. Exclusion

Employees of the Organiser, persons involved in organising the event and their relatives are excluded. The Organiser may exclude participants in case of manipulation or breach of these terms.

6. Early termination and changes

The Organiser may cancel or adapt the raffle at any time without notice if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. If the event is cancelled or postponed, there is no claim to compensation.

7. Privacy

Information on how your data is processed can be found in the privacy policy.

8. Miscellaneous

Recourse to the courts is excluded. German law applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
